About Us

Welcome to Aspire Psychotherapy

The Specialists in Emotion Regulation, Eating Disorders and Long-Term Psychotherapy

At Aspire, we are a small team of compassionate, dynamic and dedicated health professionals and psychotherapists. Our passion lies in helping the people we see to achieve psychological freedom and emotional well being.

Each of our highly skilled clinicians has a minimum of 20 years experience working across a variety of public mental health settings with late adolescents, adults and families who experience complex psychological and emotional struggles.

For the last 15 years, we have worked at the region’s leading specialist mental health service in the fields of emotion regulation and eating disorders, at the forefront of delivering the latest in evidence-based therapies. Our staff have all undertaken the Internationally recognised gold standard in intensive training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, in addition to having been trained by international and national experts in evidence-based treatments for eating disorders and other psychological issues related to mood and trauma. To ensure we remain at the forefront of clinical interventions, all of our staff continue to engage in clinical supervision and invest in our ongoing professional education.

We now bring our extensive expertise and experience to you, delivering the highest quality, individually tailored evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups, clinical supervision and training. We welcome clients under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Scheme, NDIS clients who are self and plan managed, and private clients.

In choosing Aspire, our strength in being able to connect with warmth and compassion, and our depth of clinical experience, will facilitate your ability to make profound and valued life changes. The results will enhance your well being, sense of connection, and will improve the quality of your life and the relationships that you engage in, enabling you to reach your personal goals.

All of our staff are registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Agency and their individual professional associations.
